Own and drive adoption of XRHealth solutions within VA Medical Centers, federal health systems, and DME partners
Build and manage long-term relationships with clinicians, administrators, and procurement stakeholders
Educate partners on clinical evidence, reimbursement pathways, and implementation workflows
Support pilots, evaluations, and system-wide deployments from early-stage engagement through scale
Collaborate closely with internal clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams to ensure successful implementations
Represent XRHealth at regional meetings, conferences, and VA-related events
Provide field feedback to help inform go-to-market strategy and ongoing product development
Experience in medical device sales, DME, or healthcare technology
Proven success selling into VA Medical Facilities or federal health systems
Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes and clinical workflows
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with regional travel
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Former military service or Veteran background
Experience in rehabilitation, pain management, or behavioral health
Familiarity with DME reimbursement and payer coverage models
