Our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists deliver therapy using engaging VR environments that support meaningful functional outcomes. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a passionate AHPRA registered Speech Pathologist to join our growing team.
This role will involve working with neurodiverse children, adolescents and adults aged 10 years and above, supporting communication, social interaction and functional communication skills through telehealth and VR-supported therapy.
In this position you will have the full support of an operations team, so you can focus on providing quality therapy for your clients. There is no need to have previous experience with virtual reality but an interest and curiosity about incorporating this into your practice is important!

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to determine client suitability for telehealth and VR services
- Delivering evidence based speech pathology therapy sessions through telehealth, including VR supported interventions
- Supporting communication, social interaction, language and functional communication skills
- Developing individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs
- Monitoring and documenting progress while maintaining high clinical and professional standards
- Preparing reports including assessments, progress reports and summaries for families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with families, support teams and other allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Maintaining professional registration and compliance in line with AHPRA and Speech Pathology Australia standards
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Speech Pathologist who has:
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Full registration with AHPRA and Speech Pathology Australia
- Located in Australia with full working rights
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Experience supporting clients with autism, ADHD, social communication differences and language development
- Experience delivering therapy via telehealth,
- A suitable work from home setup including high speed internet in Australia
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to evidence based practice
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and goal based therapy
- Interest in emerging technology and the role of VR in allied health practice
