Clinical Director – Multidisciplinary Allied Health | Remote | Full-Time 

MUST be located in Australia

XRHealth Australia is expanding – and we’re seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our growing multidisciplinary allied-health team across psychology, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. 

This is a full-time remote leadership role (5 days/week), reporting to the Vice President – Australia Services, and with Lead Clinicians reporting directly to you.

About the Role: 

As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic leadership, clinical governance, and workforce support across our nationally distributed team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred services aligned with AHPRA standards and NDIS Practice Standards. You’ll play a key role in strengthening service delivery while supporting XRHealth’s expansion into new program areas and markets.

What We’re Looking For: 

We’re seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who has: 

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • A proven track record in clinical leadership and management. 
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior clinicians within an allied health telehealth environment, and an NDIS-registered organisation. 
  • Strong capability across clinical governance, risk management, quality assurance and safety, and workforce development. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and change-management capability. 
  • Confidence working in a dynamic, technology-enabled, growth environment. 
  • Contribution to service design, strategic planning, and business development within a growth-oriented context. 
  • Effective collaborator across clinical, executive, operational, and technology teams.
